A: Normally, it takes one working days(8 hours) to design a new model slip rings/rotary joints..

Q: What is your lead time?

A: It is hard to say, it depends on the quantity and our production schedule.

Normally, it takes 7 to 15 days for standard products, 10 to 20 days for normal customized products, If it is very complex customized slip rings/ rotary joints, it takes about 30--40 days.

Q: May we know the package details?

A: The slip rings are packaged by carton, if it is heavy, it have to be in wooden box.

Q: What about the delivery for your slipring/rotary joints?

A: It is shipped as customer’s request, by air, by express, by ship, it is all OK for us.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A:Normally it is T/T.

A: Shenzhen China

Q:Which part of the slip ring is the rotor? Which part is the stator?

A: Generally, the conductive part is a rotor and the brush port is a called stator. 

The slip ring is rotating bidirectionally, it is not any difference if it is rotated by brush part or the conductive part. 

It will depends on your installation requirement if the conduction parts as rotor or the brush part as rotor.
