The quality of the transmission is prone to signal distortion or scrambling. In a practical application, the cap type slip ring is mainly on a precision small device such as a high-speed ball and a high-definition device. The maximum current and rated current required by such a device are not too large, and the cap type slip ring is mass-produced and standardized. Production, so the cost is low, the price is relatively low. Cap-type conductive slip rings are also very limited in the fields of waterproof and dustproof. Generally speaking, if the RH is relatively high, the cap-type conductive slip ring cannot be used. Moreover, explosion-proof, dust-proof, etc. are required. In the case of special fields, it is also impossible to use a cap-type conductive slip ring.


   A small number of via conductive slip rings are standard products, most of which are custom series. Many special needs of customers can be achieved with through-hole conductive slip rings. Therefore, the cost and price of the through-hole conductive slip ring are much higher than the cap type. Since the outer casing of the through-hole conductive slip ring is made of aluminum alloy, it is not easy to age, crack, and deform, and is very advantageous in many very harsh environments.
