1. After the cleaning agent is fully evaporated, the “slip ring lubricant” is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the conductive ring; rotating the stator frame allows the lubricant to be sprayed more evenly;

2. Install the rubber seal ring and install the slip ring housing; fix the support plate screws.

1. Requirements for cleaning agent: The slip ring cleaning agent should be able to dissolve the oil scale formed by the light oil, dissolve the carbon deposit formed by the arc and the fat dirt, etc., and have strong volatility.

The cleaning agent does not corrode the metal and does not age or crack the rubber or plastic. A special “slip ring” cleaning spray is recommended.

Fourth, the choice of slip ring lubricant

1. The slip ring lubricant should have a small surface tension and can be evenly distributed on the surface of the conductive ring;

2. Slip ring lubricant can reduce the frictional resistance between the ring and the brush contact surface, reduce wear and prevent oxidation and corrosion of the ring and brush.

3. The viscosity of the slip ring lubricant should be insensitive to temperature changes. The viscosity does not increase significantly at -40 ° C and does not volatilize at 80 ° C.
